Vist of Mr. Paul Blanch on November 14th Per request of Paul Blanch I have arranged the following interview / discussion schedule....
10:30 - 11:00 - Commissioner Diaz 11:00 - 11:30 - Sam Collins 1:00-1:30

- Chairman Jackson it is my understanding that Mr. Blanch would like to introduce himself as a past whistle blower that feels the NRC should do everything possible to protect whistle blowers. He entered into an employment agreement with Northeast Utilities in the Spring of this year. He negotiated a settlement agreement to leave the employ of NU in early 1994 and his return to NU came after a 3 year absence.
I He is assisting in the employee concerns area and works with the most senior managers at NU. He is visiting as a member of the public and does not intend to l
mention his current employment with NU. I will be happy to sit in on these discussions l
if requested. Mr. Blanch has invited me to sit in but I feel it would be more appropriate for each individual being visited to make that determination.....Should questions exist please call or e-mail....Z l
