Theenclosure provides theNWF expenditures inOctober 2020, toaddress theremand by theU.S. Court ofAppeals for the District ofColumbiaCircuit inthe case InreAiken County regarding the licensingprocessfor theU.S. ofEnergy's Department Yucca Mountain license application. While thereareno significant actions toreport forthemonth, theNRCprovided limited program planning and support activities thatresulted innominal expenditures.
