Theenclosure provides theNWF inAugust expenditures 2020toaddress the remand by the U.S. Court ofAppeals forthe District ofColumbiaCircuit inthe case InreAiken County regarding the licensingprocessfor theU.S. DepartmentofEnergy's Yucca Mountain license application. While thereareno significant actions toreport forthemonth, theNRCprovided limited program planning and support that activities resulted innominal expenditures.
