Theenclosure provides theNWF expenditures inAugust 2020toaddress theremand by the U.S.Court ofAppeals forthe District ofColumbia Circuit inthecaseInreAiken County regarding thelicensing process for theU.S.Department ofEnergy's YuccaMountain licenseapplication.
