| Description | An unresolved item (URI) was identified by the inspectors relating to maintenance of the required minimum onsite manning in accordance with the licensees Emergency Plan. On January 4, 2010, the licensee identified issues relating to the Emergency Plan minimum manning requirements for maintenance personnel. They subsequently initiated CR364061 in their CAP and the respective root cause evaluation, RCE000999, for appropriate corrective actions. The inspectors reviewed RCE000999 and require additional information from the licensee to appropriately characterize a performance deficiency which may be greater than minor.
