The Licensing Board would like to advise the participants that tne tentative schedule for the week of January 26, 1998 now calls for the following:

Monday, January 26 Visit to site of proposed Private Fuels Storage, L.L.C.

(PFS), Skull Valley facility and surrounding area by Licensing Board and interested participants Tuesday, January 27 Prehearing conference begins at Moot Courtroom, University of Utah College of Law, 332 South St. 1400 East, Salt Lake City, Utah (College of Law Building fronts o:. University St. on the west side of the University of Utah campus ) t Information concerning the University of Utah College of Law, including a map showing the law school's location, can be found at www. law. utah.edu/index.html.

As the Board has indicated previously, it anticipates the prehearing conference will last at least two days.

The Board will be centacting the participants within ,

the next several days to arrange a conference call to discuss some of the administrative details regarding the site visit and prehearing conference.
