1400 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. Thereafter, the prehearing conference will continue until completed at the same location, beginning each day at 9:00 a.m. MST.

During the prehearing conference, the Licensing Board will hear arguments from the participants on the issues of the standing of the petitioners who are seeking a hearing and the admissibili*.y of the contentions those petitioners have submitted.
