At the Agenda Planning Session on November 8,1984, the Comission approved the scheduling of a meeting on November 19 to discuss legal and policy issues in connection with operation of San Onofre Unit 1. It was

agreed that presentations should be made by SGC, OPE-and Southern California Edison. ..

Comissioner coments on the additional issu.es raised in responses by Comissioners Roberts and Bernthal concerning the use of confirmatory orders and the scheduling of ACRS subcomittee meetings, respectively, will be tracked separately.
