CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR REQUEST DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 1988 By letter dated September 26, 1988, TVA requested an extension of the expiration date of License No. SNM.1861. The licensee would continue to operate under the existing license. This is an administrative change and will not effect the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Impact Statement nor an Environmental Assessment is warranted for the proposed action.
