on April 2-11 and '21-25,1986, of activities authorized by NRC License No.
DPR-54, and to thal discussion of our findings held by Mr. Prendergast with Mr. i

of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
