Commission Diaz and McGaffigan disapproved the staff's recommendation to delete Appendix C from the Abnormal Occurrence report. Chairman Jackson approved the staffs recommendation for Option 1. COMR. McGAFFIGAN X X 8/14/98 COMMENT RESOLUTION in their vote sheets, Chairman Jackson approved the staffs recommendation contained in Option 1. Commissioner Diaz disapproved all options presented in the paper and preferred to retain a Commission collegial process to determine the contents of Appendix C. Commissioners McGaffigan disapproved all the options presented and suggested simplified criteria for capturing Appendix C events. Subsequently, the comments of the Commission were incorporated into the guidance to staff as reflected j in the SRM issued on September 4,1998.
