Commission Diaz and McGaffigan disapproved the staff's recommendation to delete Appendix C from the Abnormal Occurrence report. Chairman Jackson approved the staffs recommendation for Option 1. The results are recorded in the Staff Requirements Memorandum (SRM) of September 4,1998.
