DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL VIEW CONCERNING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION TRIP SETPOINTS AND ALLOWABLE VALUES FOR INSTRUMENTATION in a memorandum dated March 17, igg 7, you expressed your differing professional view regarding Technical Specification trip setpoints and allowable values for instrumentation. The NRR Ad-Hoc Review Panel reviewed your concems. The report on their review, findings, and roco,nmendations is enclosed.
