Dear Julian:

I received your letter of Novenber 1,1984 referencing our meeting of Oc tober 31, 1984. I have briefed the full Commission on our neeting and shared with then your letter. The full Conmission has directed ne to advise you that they pledge their complete cooperation and that of the entire Nuclear Regulatory Connission in this matter.

I have been advised by the Comission that any Nuclear Regulatory Connission document, record, or transcript you deen pertinent for your investigation will be made readily available without the necessity of a subpoena. It is also the Comission's intent that all Nuclear Regulatory Comission employees called to testify will be accorded the fullest cooperation by their supervisors so that your schedules may be met.
