Per our earlier conversation and because of a Paul Goldberg message about Califomia's position regarding regulatoryjurisdiction, I've obtained confirmation from OGC that only Califomia has jurisdiction. See attached message. If Califomia refuses to acknowledge they have sole regulatory responsibility, we will have to take action. Please let me know the current Califomia position. Thanks.
