, Chip, See attached. I'll need some feedback from you on my earlier message asking for clarification on whether NRC or the Agreement State has jurisdiction for currently unlicensed contaminated

sites resulting from previous AEC/NRC licensed activities. If California won't assume jurisdiction, do we have to suspend part of their Agreement? My understanding is that other i Agreement States may have indicated they won't assume jurisdiction for SDMP sites in their l State.
