, Chip, See attached. I'll need some feedback from you on my earlier message asking for clarification on whether NRC or the Agreement State has jurisdiction for currently unlicensed contaminated
- sites resulting from previous AEC/NRC licensed activities. If California won't assume jurisdiction, do we have to suspend part of their Agreement? My understanding is that other i Agreement States may have indicated they won't assume jurisdiction for SDMP sites in their l State.
