A routine safety inspection was conducted on November 5-8, 1985, of the radio-
logical protection activities associated with liquid and gaseous effluents.
Areas inspected included training, procedures, semi-annual reports, management

control, audits, ventilation systems, effluent control and monitoring, instru-
mentation, and liquid and gaseous releases.
