. The fourteenth refueling outage continued through the month of April.
The following major safety related maintenance was performed during the month:
- 1. 18 month maintenance outage was performed on the 1B Diesel Generator. This .
included replacing the tube bundles for the jacket water and lube oil heat ;
exchangers.

The following maintenance was associated with outage activities:
- 1. The reactor was refueled. ;
- 2. Performed pressure pulse and sludge lance cleaning of secondary side of the !
steam generators. Test and inspection activities continued on the primary side of the steam generators.
- 3. Performed a reactor vessel inservice inspection.

- 4. Replaced 38 of 48 Containment Cooler cooling coils.
- 5. Replaced the IC Reactor Coolant Pump stator.
- 6. Modifications to remove the Boron Injection Tank and Spray Additive Tank j were completed.
