Dear Mr. Anderson:
Thank you for your supplemental response of May 20, 1997, to our Notice of
Violation (NOV) issued on April 21, 1996, and our letter dated November 27, i
1996, concerning activities conducted at your Crystal River facility. It !
should be noted that your letter was in response to Violation 96-09-07, ,
concerning an Inservice Inspection (ISI) class boundary problem, not Violation l
96-09-06. We have evaluated your 3roposed corrective actions and found that I
it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. I
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future )
inspections. I
