It should be noted that your letter was in response to Violation 96-09-07, , concerning an Inservice Inspection (ISI) class boundary problem, not Violation 96-09-06. We have evaluated your 3roposed corrective actions and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future ) inspections.
