j representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities [

The inspection findings indicate that certain activities violated NRC require-  !

l ments. The violations, references to pertinent requirements, and elements to be f

j included in your response are presented in the enclosed Notice of Violation.  ;

In addition to the need for corrective action regarding specific matters

! identified in the enclosed hotice, we are concerned about the effectivenss of

t the implementation of your radiation protection program as demonstrated by this ,

! situation. Consequently, your response should describe those particular actions [

l taken or planned to improve the effectiveness of your program.  ;

j report. This matter will be pursued during future inspections. [
