- Denny Ross has agreed that you should brief the Committee on the new Small
- Business....Faimess Act and its possible relationship to the CRGR backfitting control process. Attached is the Design Basis 50.54(f) letter that I discussed with you in that -
context. I will shortly be transmitting to you an issue Sheet for the discussions at Meeting No. 296 regarding 50.54(f) request wording. I had also mentioned the Venn diagram in a Comnliasion Paper that showeed the relationships between/among the .!
terms Design Bases, Licensing Basis, Design input Information etc. Unfortunately, my
- copy is so bad that I'm sure it would be illegible if I copied it again for you. The number is SECY-9_1-364 dated Novenber ??,1991 for your information. Please give me a call confirming your attendance at the meeting tomorrow; we can work out the best time for you. Your briefing / discussion could be fit in almost any time during the day beginning at 9:30 a.m.; but it would be most useful if it could be coordinated with Steve Burns appearance (I have invited him also to support discussion of the " require" vs " request" issue in all three GLs being reviewed tomorrow.)
