CRGR Meeting No. 296 Jack :
Could you attend the CRGR meeting scheduled tomorrow to discuss use of " require" v's
" discuss" in invoking 50.54(f) in generic correspondence to obtain information from .
licensees. The Committee is reviewing three GLs tomorrow that are "offnormal" in their usage of these words. I'm told that the wording of these GLs is that way at the
! insistence of OGC. At least one OGC reviewer (Lisa Clarke) who is involved I believe
- works for you and may have been operating under your instructions. Attached is the issue Sheet I sent to the Committee on this matter. Any light you can shed on the issue would be appreciated.
