Richard E. Turley was replaced by Harold R. Jacobs as Reactor Administrator Craig M. Jensen was replaced by Kevan C. Crawford as Senior Reactor Engineer Manbers of the Reactor Safety Ccmnittee include: H.R. Jacobs, G.M. Sandquist, K.C. Crawford, R. Lloyd, R.C. Pendleton, and J.M. Byrne B. The Reactor Operated for 3.6 Hours for .64 Watt Hours.

C. Shutdavn 2/28/81 A.C. Power fluctuation caused scram. No scram indicated on instruments magnet poner still on.

2/28/81 Another scram caused by pover fluctuation.

3/3/81 Reactor manually scramed. Recorder failed.
