Dear Mr. Keppler:
On June 28, 1982 a Stop Work Order was initiated on electrical conduit installation. A recovery plan was developed to correct the deficiencies associated with the Stop Wo-k Order.
Illinois Power Company has completed the portions of the re-covery plan which were necessary to lift the Stop Work Order. The appropriate procedures and instructions have been revised and train-ing has been accomplished and documented.
It is requested that you review Illinois Power Company's actions and concur in lifting the Stop Work Order on electrical conduit in-stallation.
