271/ 11/30/76 While pecorming the quarterly Reactor Low Pressure-*ECCS Valve Permissive :
76/ Functional Test (o.P 4340), it was discove' red that Switch No.1 of PS2-3-52D 47 did not actuate at its prescribed Tech. Spec. limit of 300 psig. When pressure was reapplied to the switch and again reduced, the switch actuated as required.
