NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-113/2002-201
Dear Dr. Powell:
This letter refers to the inspection conducted on September 9-12, 2002, at your Nuclear Reactor Laboratory facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
Various aspects of your reactor operations and security programs were inspected, including selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations of the facility. Based on the results of this inspection, no safety concern or noncompliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements were identified. No response to this letter is required.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
