The Board is confirming the informal notice provided to the parties that it will convene a telephonic status conference, to be held Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 1:00 P.M. EDT. The purpose of the call is to update the Board on the parties discussions since our March 19, 2009 telephonic status conference, and to determine how this enforcement action will proceed during the pendency of Mr. Siemaszkos appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. The Board will provide the parties with the telephone number and pass code for the conference via electronic-mail.
