The Board will convene a status conference via telephone on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. EDT. The purpose of this conference will be to update the Board on the progress of the parties settlement discussions since our last conference on May 20, 2009 and, if appropriate, to establish a hearing schedule.
