decision to permanently shutdown our reactor operations. The

! m . reactor was defueled on May 29, 1990. We request a license I

amendment to delete the Technical Specification (T.S.)

l- requirements that now cannot be done or are unnecessary. These requirements are enclosed with a discussion detailing why each should be deleted.
