On May 23,.1980 Union Carbide Corporation filed a timely application for renewal of Operating License R-81, Docket 50-54. This application f or renewal included several mir.or changes to the Technical Specifications.
We wish to have one additional rainor change added as identified in Exhibit I attached.
Since thi. is part of the licensing renewal application, which was accompanied with the appropriate fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.23, we do not believe an additional licensing fee to be required.
