Docket No. 50-289 Operating License No. DPR-50 Nonroutine 30-Day Report 74-02 In accordance with the requirements of 6.7.2.b of the Technical Specifications for our Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 (TMI-1) , we are submitting this nonroutine 30-day report. The report deals with a deficiency of design of the AC Control Rod Drive System Trip Breaker Cabinets which was deternined to exist on December 16, 1974, as a result of discussions with the vendor and archi te ct-engine e r.
