AEC/DR0 R0: II: EJV 50-302/73-4 In reference to your report nf the inspection conducted at the Crystal.
River Unit #3 site by Mr. W. B. Swan, April 24-27, 1973, we wish to O advise you that this report contains no information of a proprietary' h nature.
However, we wish to take exception to an item on page 3, item VII-A, of Mr. Swan's report. He makes a statement regarding a forecast of construction completion. occurring about November,1975. We wish to advise you that Florida Power Corporation's. present schedule indicates that Crystal River Unit #3 commercial operation will be achieved dur-ing December, 1974.
At the present time we have no data to indicate that this planned date is invalid.
In addition, page 5, item VIII E, and Details II-5, item 5, should read "B & W Construction Co."; Details II-2, item 2, calls us Florida Power & Light, another Florida utility. -
Details II-3, item 3d, refers to a void in the concrete in the equip-ment hatch area. Actually, this void referred to is under the personnel hatch and this occurrence has been reported to'your office.
