Docekt No. 50-106 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-ll AMENDf1ENT fl0. 13 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-ll, between Oregon State University, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 2, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:
