However, I believe the change should be to Article.', paragraph 3, rather than Article I, paragraph 4.
If you concur, just change the paragraph and return one copy to me.

E-ll AMENDf1ENT fl0. 13 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-ll, between Oregon State University, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 2, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:
