Byron Station, Units 1 and 2 Date: January 10, 2012 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Location: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Executive Boulevard Building, Room 01-B13 and 01-B15 6003 Executive Blvd., Rockville, Maryland 20852

Purpose:

Discuss Exelons plans to support unrestrained stack-up operations for the upcoming dry fuel storage campaign at Byron.

Participants:

NRC Exelon, LLC Anne Boland, Region III (RIII) John L. Schrage, Exelon Nuclear Christine Lipa, RIII Rhex Edwards, RIII Gordon Bjorkman, Headquarters (HQ)

Meeting Category: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
