Location of Meeting: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region III Office Suite 210 2443 Warrenville Road Lisle, IL 60532-4352 Purpose of Meeting: This is a meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Exelon Generation Company, LLC, to discuss the significance associated with an apparent violation of design control requirements resulting in an associated violation of the technical specifications to the stations license for a system being inoperable for a period longer than the technical specification allowed outage time. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000461/2015001 (ML15134A224),
and the issue appears to be of low to moderate safety significance, i.e.,
White.
