REACTIVITY CONTROL SYSTEMS MINIMUM TEMPERATURE FOR CRITICALITY LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.1.1.5 The Reactor Coolant System lowest operating loop temperature (Tavg) shall be

> 5400 F.

APPLICABILITY: MODES 1 and 2#*.

ACTION:

With a Reactor Coolant System operating loop temperature (Tavg) < 5400 F, restore Tavg to within I its limit within 15 minutes or be in HOT STANDBY within the next 15 minutes.

SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.1.1.5 The Reactor Coolant System temperature (Tavg) shall be determined to be: > 540°F at least once per 12 hours1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br />.
