REVIEW OF OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION AND RECERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM PLAN FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA TRAINING REACTOR I have reviewed the revised University of Florida Training Reactor Operator Requalification and Recertification Program Plan dated June 1, 2007. I found it to meet all applicable regulations (10 CFR 50.54 (i-1) and 10 CFR Part 55) and is consistent with guidance contained in ANSI/ANS 15.4, 1988, American National Standard for the Selection and Training of Personnel for Research Reactors.
