Oklahoma City, Okla.

February 14, 1980 Secretary of the Commission NRC, Docketing and Service Branch Washington, D. C. 20555 Gentlemen:

Current emergency evacuation plans for the Black Fox Power '

Plant at Inola, Oklahoma are not adequate enough to protect our citizens. Any possibility of a meltdown would be such an extremely serious danger that a 2h mile radius evacuation area is totally ridiculous.

Please schedule a public meeting in the area to discuss and give further consideration to this subject.

Sincerely,

$l A*'j k '
