Dear Mr. Brockman:
Enclosed is a list (Attachment 1) of Reactor Operator candidates who have completed 30 days of operating experience at 20X power or greater as required by NUREG-1021. Each candidate's training record was verified to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Also, attached are revised applications (NRC Form 398s) for Messrs. M. J. Coffee and R. K. Holbrook as previously requested per conversation between Messrs. J. B. Hudson (CP&L) and W. Dean (NRC).
In addition, CPSL requests that the information contained in the attached NRC Form 398s be exempt from public disclosure under the provisions of 10CFR2.790. Enclosed is an affidavit that provides justification for this request.
