In Reference 1, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra Energy Seabrook) submitted an application for a renewed facility operating license for Seabrook Station Unit 1 in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Parts 50, 51, and 54.

In Reference 2, NextEra Energy Seabrook provided the eighth annual review, which identified changes to the Current Licensing Basis (CLB) of the facility that materially affected the content of the License Renewal Application (LRA). Upon discussion with the NRC staff, NextEra Energy Seabrook agreed to revise a portion of the updated information in order to align with NUREG-1801 GALL Rev. 2.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission SBK-L-18121 I Page 2 In Reference 3, NextEra Energy Seabrook provided additional changes to the eighth annual review. Upon discussion with the NRG staff, NextEra Energy Seabrook agreed to clarify a portion of the updated information related to LRA section A.2.1 .25. The Enclosure provides an additional change to the LRA.
