Appendix G ORDER ALLOWING INTERIM OPERATION

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, having found that the acceptance criteria in the combined license are met and having determined that there is reasonable assurance of adequate protection of the public health and safety during a period of interim operation, hereby allows interim operation of [plant name] in accordance with Section 189a.(1)(B) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 52.103(c).
