FINDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH 10 CFR 52.103(g)
THAT ALL ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA ARE MET FOR

In a Memorandum to the Commission dated [XX/XX/XXXX], the staff provided the status of inspection and licensing activities related to the closure of inspections, tests, analyses and acceptance criteria (ITAAC) for [plant name]. In addition, the staff provided the status of inspection activities related to operational programs. The staff has now completed all ITAAC notification reviews and all ITAAC-related inspections.

The staff has determined that [licensee name] has met all the acceptance criteria in Appendix C of the [plant name] combined license [license #]. The basis for the finding is included in a basis document that is publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. [MLXXXXXXX] and is also on the public website: [hyperlink to public web site]. Therefore, the staff is ready to make a finding that the acceptance criteria are met, under 10 CFR 52.103(g). The staff will make the 10 CFR 52.103(g) finding on
[3 calendar days from the date of this memorandum]. When the 10 CFR 52.103(g) finding is made [and an interim operation order issued], the licensee will be able to commence operation of the facility.
A Federal Register Notice (draft available at ADAMS Accession No. [MLXXXXXXX]) will be issued announcing the 10 CFR 52.103(g) finding. A letter will also be sent to the licensee (draft available at ADAMS Accession No. [MLXXXXXXX]).
The inspection of operational programs, which are not linked to the 10 CFR 52.103(g) finding with the exception of emergency planning ITAAC, continue. Enclosure 1 includes a table providing the status of operational program inspections.
