In accordance with Section 185b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (AEA), and Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 52.103(g), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has made the finding that all the acceptance criteria are met for the inspections, tests, analyses, and acceptance criteria (ITAAC) included in Appendix C to combined license [license number] for [plant name]. This finding is effective as of [date].
