SUBJECT: TRANSMITTAL
OF NUREG-0916 RELATIVE TO THE RESTART OF R. E. GINNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT (Generic Letter No. 82-11)On January 25, 1982, the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant experienced a steam generator tube rupture. On April 15, 1982, a copy of NUREG-0909, uhch described the factual information surrounding the event, was pro-vided to you. The staff has.now completed its review of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's evaluation of the incident (see enclosed NUREG-0916).
