This letter confirms the discussion between Mr. Bob Morrell of the Duane Arnold Energy Centerand myself, to have a meeting at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, March 1, 2007, at the NRC Region III Office, 2443 Warrenville R oad, Suite 210, Li sle, IL 60532-4351.The purpose of the meeting is to discuss an apparent violation and preliminary White findingconcerning a critique that failed to identify a weakness associated with a risk significant planning standard, during a full-scale evaluated emergency preparedness exercise.
