Description
- 2) EP 1.71 is a Class I, Group 2 sv unit as perthe PBRF Find Status Survey Ph (FSSP) and Technical Basis Document WD)-06-004.
- 3) Surveys in EP 1.71 were performed wing a scintilintion dm opthhd to measure gamma energies representative of Co-60. Sample #EP2-5 from Suwey Request (SR)-13 as re&mce.d for tbis decision-acquisition of survey measmmen&.
- 5) Instmmetrt eficiency dekmhtions are developed in accordance with the BSL'LVS-002, WEP 05-086, these determinations are appropriate for the types of radiation involved and the media being surveyed.

" - FSS Design # EP 1.71 Swey Unit: 1.71 1 .O History~scription 1 1 The subject pipe system is the 2" hot drain pipe for Cad "H". Tbe function of this pipe was to convey water fkom the 2 inch riser in Canal "H" to the HD sump in Pump Room #22 on the -25' elevation of the Reactor Building.

2.2 100% of the 2" ID pipe was accessible for survey. The accessible 2" ID pipe was surveyed by static measurement at one foot increments, for a total of 1 20 swey measurements.
