In Reference 1, FPL Energy Duane Arnold requested relief from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code to allow application of the provisions of IWA-4132 to the stock rotation of Recirculation Pump Seal Flange Assemblies at the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC). FPL Energy Duane Arnold has determined that the relief requested in Reference 1 is no longer required and hereby withdraws that application.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
