Dear Mr. Wade:

I would like to inform you that the content of the information in the route application fortransportation of spent nuclear fuel, dated October 12, 2005, has been determined to be complete. The NRC is currently conducting a detailed review of the application. The detailedreview will evaluate the application to support the ability of the proposed route to meet theapplicable regulatory requirements. We will provide results of our review of the applicationwithin 45 days of the date of this letter. To facilitate our review, no changes or supplements tothis application should be submitted, except in response to a request for additional information.If you have any questions or wish to obtain additional information concerning your application,please contact me at (301) 415-3521 or via electronic mail at asg2@nrc.gov
