The Memorandum and Order of the NRC served April 26, 2007 provided, in Section IV-B that the County and Township may withdraw their current financial contentions after reviewing the redacted financial information.
In addition, the Petition seeking intervention on the part of VAN BUREN COUNTY and COVERT TOWNSHIP raised an issue as to the adequacy of decommissioning funds transferred to ENTERGY NUCLEAR PALISADES, L.L.C.
